BOTH EVENINGS…

  • Do not arrive without a pre booked ticket.
  • This is an 18+ only event.
  • Please be aware that this event is Contactless payments only. NO CASH TRANSACTIONS.
  • Chairs of any kind are not allowed into the event.
  • Small bags (A4) size only allowed into the event.
  • You are not allowed to take your own alcohol in the event.
  • Bag searches will be conducted.

 

Arrival:

Upon arrival follow the event signs to the car park and head to the gates to check in where you will receive your wristband. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
Please have your QR code ready on your mobile device.

You must wear your wristband at all times.
No wristband no entry/re entry.

This is classed as an outdoor event – please dress appropriately.
Whilst our stages are undercover their is a short walk between the bars, food and stages which will not be covered.
The event is a mix of graveled and concrete floor and can be uneven in places.
We recommend flat shoes/boots.

Parking:

If you are driving to us and leaving your car you must have a parking ticket. Show your ticket upon arrival and we will give you a parking pass to hang in your car. Please write your name and telephone number on this pass and hang it on your mirror. This is includes overnight parking and anyone parking for the event. Parking is available to purchase on the night at the price of £10 per vehicle.

 

Drop off:

If you are being dropped off please note that we are operating a one way system, entering at the main entrance opposite the Church on Church Road, (B6252)

 

Leaving:

We strongly advise that you pre-arrange or book your transport home as taxis can be limited and may take some time to arrive.

We have a village and residents nearby. Please be respectful and keep noise levels to a minimum when leaving the venue.

 

Food:

Come hungry!! We have two locations where you can order delicious food and we cater for allergens too. Please speak to a member of the friendly team before placing your order.

 

Alcohol and Drugs:

We operate a Challenge 25 policy, please ensure ID is available if requested.
Alcohol will be served at various bars throughout the event. Remember we are a cashless event only.
We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or serve anyone whom we deem to be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.
Searches will be carried out on entry into the event. Anyone found with alcohol or drugs of any kind will be refused entry or removed from the premises and no refunds given.

Smoking and Vaping:

Please only smoke/vape in our designated area. DO NOT smoke or vape anywhere else.

 

Camping/Glamping:

Once you have arrived our staff will show you where you need to pitch/park.
You will need a pass for your vehicle/campervan/motorhome.
Please remember that there is a maximum of four people per camping unit and 2 people maximum for the bell tents. Separate camping wristbands will be supplied and checks will be conducted at intervals.
No awnings, gazebos or firepits.
BBQ’s must be kept off the ground.
You are allowed alcohol on the camp/glamping site but not into to the event.
Toilets will be available at the campsite.
Glampers are required to pay £100.00 damage deposit upon arrival. All bell tents include bedding and beds ready made.
Campers please be aware above of the last entry into the event.
You are unable to renter after this time.

 

FRIDAY 5th

Campers must be offsite by 12pm on Saturday 6th September.
Glampers must check out by 10am on Saturday 6th September.

SATURDAY 6th

Campers must be offsite by 12pm on Sunday 7th September.
Glampers must check out by 12pm on Sunday 7th September.

 

Anyone camping or glamping can visit The Diner the morning after to purchase any breakfast sandwiches or hot drinks between 9am – 10am. Please head to the main entrance for entry to The Diner.

 

Premium tickets:

Please head to the premium ticket gate and collect your wristband.
There is a dedicated bar and toilets for premium ticket holders which will be signposted.
This area will remain open until approx 12am. There will be a range of drinks on offer including some handmade cocktails. Here you will have access to a selection of toilets allocated for Premium ticket wristband holders only.

Upgrades to this area may be available on the door subject to availability.

Please be aware that we will have photographers and social content creators onsite.
