Thornton Rocks came to life after the immense success of Barn Boogie, a beloved music event at Thornton Hall Country Park that rocked the place for over a decade! Known for its incredible local bands, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and an electric atmosphere, it was a celebration like no other.

After 11 unforgettable years, the team decided it was time for a new chapter, one that would bring fresh, exciting acts to Skipton, North Yorkshire—acts you wouldn’t typically get to see in this charming town.

Enter Thornton Rocks—the festival that’s changing the game! The first event kicked off in 2024, and it was an absolute blast. With not one, but TWO epic music stages, where we welcomed, Jordan North, Tinchy Stryder, Kelly Llorenna, Ultrabeat and more. On top of the line up we had multiple bars and mouthwatering food.
